Dai metto la ricetta e metto le solite foto, anche queste sono sempre uguali ma in fondo questo e' il mio modo di essere, questo blog e' solo una rubrica da casalinga......non disperata !!!

Per prima cosa ho sbucciato e tagliato le pere, che ho ''condito'' con un ditino di spumante...quello avevo e quello ho messo. Ho fuso 200 gr. di cioccolato fondente con 100 gr. di burro. Ho montato gli albumi di due uova a neve e una volta pronti, li ho incorporati a 70 gr, di burro, 100 gr. di zucchero e i due tuorli. Poi ho aggiunto 200 gr. di farina, una bustina di lievito, una di vanillina e un bicchiere di latte. Ho unito i due impasti e messo nella teglia una parte, sopra lo stratone di pere e sopra ancora l'altro impasto. In forno a 200 gradi per 40 minuti. Una volta fredda ho spolverato con del cioccolato fondente grattugiato.

La ricetta originale mette anche gli amaretti, non li avevo e ho preferito non sostituirli con altri ingredienti.
Spero vi piaccia perche' il cioccolato si scioglie nel palato come una carezza !!!!
