Muffin Chocolate
Ingredients 210 g flour (the white is okay, both the full spelled or kamut)
150 g of cane sugar or fructose
1 packet of yeast
40 g unsweetened cocoa powder
120 g of dark chocolate cut into small pieces
250 ml di latte di soia
250 g di burro di soia fuso
Preparazione
Mettete in un contenitore abbastanza grande tutti gli ingredienti secchi: la farina, il lievito, il cacao e lo zucchero, poi mescolate bene in modo da amalgamarli.
Aggiungete il latte e mischiate bene con una frusta a mano o uno sbattitore elettrico.
Aggiungete il burro fuso e mischiate nuovamente.
Unire il cioccolato a pezzetti e rimestate.
Versate l'impasto negli stampi per i muffin dopo averli unti con del burro di soia o un po' di olio e facendo attenzione a riempirli solo fino a metà altezza.
Metteteli in forno a 170° per circa 20/25 minuti.
Con questo mixture may also make an excellent chocolate cake.

- Il decreto legislativo 116/1992 prevede un'autorizzazione specifica e recita "In deroga all'art. 3, comma 1, il Ministro della sanità autorizza gli esperimenti a semplice scopo didattico soltanto in caso di inderogabile necessità e non sia possibile ricorrere ad altri sistemi dimostrativi" e tale "inderogabile necessità" non esiste, in quanto esistono metodi alternativi senza uso di animali.
- La Regione Piemonte e la Regione Toscana hanno dichiarato, rispettivamente nel 2008 e 2009, che corsi di questo genere, con uso di animali, non si possono tenere all'interno della Regione.
